I am looking for a highly technical Google Ads specialist to act as the execution arm of my marketing team. I handle all strategy, copywriting, and creative planning. I need you to strictly handle the implementation inside the Google Ads interface. If you enjoy working with clear instructions, checking boxes, and navigating the technical nuances of Google Ads without the pressure of inventing the strategy, this is the perfect job for you. Your Role: You will be responsible for the "labor" of the account. I will provide you with specific instructions, ad copy, and targeting parameters. You will implement them exactly as requested. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Setting up campaigns exactly as specified (Search, Display, or Video). Advanced Audience Management: You must be deeply familiar with setting up and attaching: Custom Affinity & Custom Intent audiences. Imported GA4 Audiences. Detailed Demographics, Topics, and Interest-based audiences. Ad Group Structure: Duplicating ads across multiple ad groups to test different audience segments within the same campaign. Conversion Settings: Ensuring specific campaigns are optimizing toward the correct, specific Campaign-Level Conversion Goals (not just account default). Reporting: Running specific reports on a schedule to track the metrics I request. Optimization: Making bid or setting adjustments based strictly on my written criteria. Critical Requirement - The "Recommendations" Tab: You must be comfortable managing the Google "Optimization Score" and Recommendations tab. Strict Rule: You will never auto-apply recommendations. You will review them, implement only what I explicitly approve, and dismiss the rest to maintain account hygiene. What you will NOT do: You do not need to write ad copy. You do not need to come up with keyword strategies (I will provide them). You do not need to worry about "client management" or high-level strategy. Requirements: Proven experience navigating the Google Ads Expert Mode interface (not Express). Experience linking GA4 audiences to Google Ads. Strong attention to detail—if I ask for a specific location target or bid strategy, it must be set exactly so. Responsiveness to feedback.
