Description: We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Google Ads Specialist with a strong grasp of both paid ad strategy and conversion tracking implementation to audit our existing Google Ads account and help us improve campaign performance and ROAS. This is a consulting/auditing role, but it may lead to an ongoing contract to implement and manage the recommended changes, depending on the results and fit. What You’ll Do: -You will be given access to our current Google Ads account to evaluate campaign structure, performance, and tracking accuracy -Audit our Google Ads conversion tracking setup, ensuring it aligns and matches lead reporting in HubSpot CRM -Verify that reported conversions in Google Ads reflect actual lead generation activity from HubSpot -Deliver a clear, well-organized audit report with findings and actionable recommendations to improve performance, reduce wasted spend, and increase ROAS -Advise on how to fix or improve conversion tracking, if necessary (must have basic web development knowledge to review tags and implementations) -Join 1–2 consulting calls to present your findings and answer questions Requirements: -Proven success auditing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for better ROAS -Strong working knowledge of conversion tracking setup, including: -Google Ads tags -Google Tag Manager -HubSpot form/event tracking and CRM lead attribution -Web development familiarity (HTML, JavaScript, event tracking basics) -Ability to identify disconnects between ad platform data and CRM data -Clear communication style for both technical and non-technical audiences Bonus if you have: -Google Ads Certification -Experience with GA4, Performance Max, or eCommerce/lead gen campaigns -CRO/landing page optimization suggestions -Knowledge of attribution models and lead qualification workflows Opportunity for Future Work: If the audit is successful and you deliver clear, valuable insights, you may be offered a contract to implement your recommendations and optimize our Google Ads account long term.
