We are a fast-growing education company with 15,000+ opted-in contacts inside GoHighLevel. We’ve spent weeks troubleshooting SMS delivery issues (including Twilio 30007 errors, carrier filtering, and A2P problems) and are now looking to bring in a true specialist—not a general VA. This role is for someone who has: • Solved real SMS deliverability issues • Worked with GoHighLevel + Twilio (or Twilio alternatives) • Can scale compliant SMS campaigns without getting numbers blocked or filtered If you’ve helped businesses reliably send SMS at scale and understand compliance + carrier behavior, we want you. ⸻ 🎯 SCOPE OF WORK (VERY CLEAR) You will be responsible for: 1️⃣ SMS Deliverability Diagnosis • Audit current GoHighLevel + Twilio setup • Identify causes of: • Error 30007 • Carrier filtering • Undelivered or throttled messages • Review sender numbers, A2P status, trust scores, and traffic patterns 2️⃣ A2P 10DLC & Compliance Setup • Ensure proper: • Brand & Campaign registration • Use-case alignment • Opt-in / opt-out compliance • Verify TCPA-compliant language • Review STOP / HELP handling and quiet hours 3️⃣ GoHighLevel Optimization • Fix workflows, triggers, and message logic • Optimize: • Message pacing • Throttling • Warm-up strategies • Ensure scale-safe sending (10k–100k contacts) 4️⃣ SMS Scaling Strategy • Recommend: • Sending limits • Number rotation (if needed) • Best practices to avoid carrier spam flags • Advise on Twilio vs alternatives (Telnyx, LeadConnector, etc.) 5️⃣ Documentation + Handoff • Provide: • Clear SOPs • Compliance guidelines • Best-practice playbook for future campaigns ⸻ 🧠 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) You must have: ✅ Deep experience with GoHighLevel SMS ✅ Hands-on work with Twilio A2P 10DLC ✅ Proven experience resolving Twilio error 30007 ✅ Knowledge of carrier filtering & trust scoring ✅ TCPA compliance knowledge (opt-in, opt-out, quiet hours) ✅ Experience sending SMS to 10,000+ contacts 🚫 This is NOT for beginners 🚫 This is NOT for “I’ve set up workflows before” 🚫 This is NOT a copywriting role ⸻ 🧩 NICE-TO-HAVE (BUT STRONG PLUS) • Experience with Telnyx / LeadConnector SMS • SaaS, education, or coaching businesses • Experience rescuing accounts that were previously flagged • Understanding of SMS + email coordination to reduce carrier fatigue ⸻ 📄 WHAT WE EXPECT IN YOUR PROPOSAL (THIS FILTERS HARD) Ask applicants to include ALL of the following: 1️⃣ A brief summary of your experience with GoHighLevel SMS 2️⃣ The largest contact list you’ve managed SMS for 3️⃣ A short explanation of what causes Twilio 30007 4️⃣ One example of an SMS deliverability problem you personally fixed 5️⃣ Tools you prefer for SMS at scale (and why) Proposals that don’t answer these will not be considered.
