Marketing Rockstar - Paid Ads Manager We're seeking an experienced marketing powerhouse to own top-of-funnel traffic generation for a leading AI ecosystem SaaS company. You'll manage high-budget ad campaigns for both our company (Echosetter) and premium clients, working directly with the founder in a high-impact, leadership role. About the Role: You will join a team of 9 people and take full ownership of our advertising strategy and execution. This isn't just about running ads—you'll be a strategic partner who understands the complete customer journey and drives measurable growth. Not only will you build and own ads for Echosetter, you will directly manage client accounts with $30k+ monthly ad budgets. Your Day-to-Day: Researching competitor ad libraries—learning what's working, what's not, and identifying opportunities Launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads Building and executing retargeting strategies Collaborating with the founder to analyze complete competitor flows (ad → funnel → retargeting) A/B testing ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages systematically Working with project managers and tech team to ensure proper tracking and technical integration Creating monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights for clients and CEO Managing and optimizing client ad accounts with budgets of $30k+ monthly Staying current on platform updates and advertising best practices Requirements: Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns Track record of successfully managing $30k+ monthly ad budgets with demonstrated results Deep experience with GoHighLevel and funnel strategies (you won't be building funnels, but must understand them) Experience working with SaaS companies with proof of driving growth Strong analytics and reporting skills—you live and breathe data Fluency in English (written and verbal) Proactive, autonomous worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with founders/C-suite Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mentality What You'll Get: Direct coaching and mentorship from the CEO Work directly with the founder on strategy and execution Full ownership of advertising for a growing AI SaaS company Opportunity to manage premium client accounts Our Culture: We're more than a team—we're a family.
