JOB DESCRIPTION: We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of client onboarding and ongoing support. You’ll be the first point of contact after the sale, making sure new clients are set up properly in our system and have a smooth experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Run onboarding calls with new clients (collect info, walk them through setup, answer questions). - Handle system setup tasks (connecting accounts, loading templates, assigning automations, testing calendars, etc.). - Provide ongoing support for active clients (answer questions, schedule follow-ups, troubleshoot basic issues). - Track support time and escalate complex issues to our team when needed. REQUIREMENTS: - Must be a Go High Level expert - Strong English communication skills (clear, patient, and professional). - Organized and detail-oriented — you’ll be responsible for making sure clients complete setup successfully. - Prior customer service, onboarding, or virtual assistant experience preferred. SCHEDULE: - Flexible hours (approx. 10–20 hours per week depending on client load). - Must be able to respond to client questions within 24 hours. COMPENSATION: - $50 per client onboarding (covers approx. 5 hours of work). - $50/month base retainer for ongoing client support (covers up to 5 hours of support per month). - $10/hour for any support time beyond the included 5 hours.
