You should be able to take our processes and turn them into automated, scalable systems that save time, increase bookings, and improve customer satisfaction. ⭐ Responsibilities Include: Client Engagement & Retention Create and deploy post-service surveys Build automated service reminders Add optional self-reschedule features (with discount automation) CRM & Contact Management Full contact management setup Tagging structures for clients, leads, prospects, cold lists, etc. Organize pipelines, smart lists, and segmentation Marketing + Reputation Social media optimization & integration Reputation management setup (Google reviews, GMB, SMS/Email review requests) Cold marketing setup (email/SMS outreach sequences) Automations & Workflows Build advanced automations and workflows Lead form → contact → pipeline → drip → appointment funnel Calendar setup (team calendars, round robin, availability, reminders) AI Agents Setup and optimization of AI Inbound Agents Setup and optimization of AI Outbound Agents Appointment setting AI workflows Voicemail → SMS & multi-touch follow-ups 🔥 Requirements MUST have deep experience with Go High Level Ability to build complex automations Experience with AI agents (GHL AI or third-party integrations) Strong understanding of CRM structuring and workflow logic Ability to work without constant supervision Available for ongoing work
