We’re looking for a skilled Funnel Builder & Automation Expert to help us complete our Lead Magnet + Just-In-Time Webinar Funnel inside GoHighLevel. The registration and confirmation pages are already done, and much of the structure is in place — we just need someone who can jump in, connect the remaining components, and bring the project across the finish line. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure every automation, integration, and follow-up flow is set up correctly. Once this funnel is complete, you’ll continue with us on three additional marketing campaigns, so there’s strong potential for ongoing work. Responsibilities -Finalize and polish the Just-In-Time Webinar Funnel inside GoHighLevel -Integrate EverWebinar for automated scheduling and replays -Build and connect email + SMS automations (we’ll provide the content) -Set up Zapier workflows for tagging, segmentation, and notifications -Configure tracking pixels and conversion events for Facebook & YouTube ads -Support retargeting ad setup and tracking to optimize conversions -QA test all funnel components to ensure smooth operation -Collaborate daily with the Operations Manager for updates and task alignment Who You Are ⚡ Fast, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tight deadlines 🧠 Expert in GoHighLevel, EverWebinar, and Zapier ✉️ Skilled at building email/SMS automations and nurture flows 📈 Familiar with Facebook and YouTube ad tracking + retargeting setup 👀 Has a strong eye for design and conversion optimization 💬 Communicates clearly, stays organized, and takes ownership of delivery About Us We’re a fast-growing trucking compliance and insurance consulting company that helps carriers grow safely and profitably.
