We are building a fast-moving international operation in the luxury real-estate and media sector. Our company works in multiple global markets (Ibiza, Dubai, Miami, Los Angeles, Marbella, Sydney, Bali) producing high-end visual content and coordinating a network of teams, freelancers, and data specialists. We are looking for a Global Operations Lead who can help organize, streamline, and manage processes across: • data acquisition & lead research • freelancer coordination (content teams, editors, researchers) • production scheduling • delivery timelines • workflow consistency • quality control • communication across markets This is not a simple administrative role. We need someone who thrives in fast environments, thinks in systems, and can keep multiple moving parts synchronized without constant supervision. ⸻ Responsibilities 1. Operations & Workflow Coordination • Oversee the daily flow of data, content tasks, schedules, and deliverables • Follow up with freelancers and ensure deadlines are met • Troubleshoot operational blockers quickly and proactively • Maintain clarity across all teams working in different time zones 2. Process Building & Optimization • Create simple, clear SOPs for recurring processes • Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows • Build repeatable systems that reduce manual work 3. Cross-Market Coordination • Manage tasks and projects in 5–7 global markets • Ensure information moves correctly between research teams, production teams, and management • Maintain communication without micromanagement 4.
