Position is located at our Jacksonville, FL office location. POSITION SUMMARY The Global Marketing Manager, Pediatric Eye, is a key role within our Global Strategic Marketing team, reporting directly to the Senior Global Marketing Manager. The primary responsibility will be to support the pediatric eye innovation strategy, including new product introduction, in-market product management, global campaign creation, product claims expansion, and compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines. You will also contribute to the development of the marketing strategic plan, working closely with regional marketing leads, myopia clinical consultants and commercial excellence counterparts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the pediatric eye team in the management, planning, and execution of marketing strategies and customer-centric programs. Work closely with direct supervisor and regional marketing groups, outside agencies, third party partners, and internal functions (e.g., key opinion leaders, market research, media, relationship marketing etc.). Contribute to the creation and delivery of growth opportunities through strategy, new product development, commercial innovation, and business continuity projects. Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance, market conditions, and trends to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, commercial excellence, project management, R&D, and external partners, to advance day-to-day business operations. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Front End: Portfolio Innovation & Management (40%) Global portfolio planning for the Pediatric Eye portfolio supporting execution of the 5-year strategic plan inclusive of R&D and Experience innovation. Support portfolio strategy, product positioning and lifecycle management. Support the implementation of Innovation processes and ways of working, as needed, for Regional and cross-functional alignment, clearing hurdles and encouraging an externally-focused, innovative approach. Represent the global marketing team in providing updates and guidance to leadership to shape the future of the brand and business. Downstream: Launch Excellence & Business Model Innovation (40%) Ensure seamless collaboration with all stakeholders and a focus on marketplace and organizational readiness through the Launch Excellence process. Support launch excellence in collaboration with global/regional/local marketing teams to ensure alignment with global strategy while adapting to local market dynamics and opportunities. Create “test & learn” business model opportunities and partner on creating global campaign(s) for short to mid-term business outcomes prioritizing customer/consumer experience. People Leadership and Internal/External Collaboration (20%) Provide strategic leadership and vision working collaboratively with R&D, MLR, Regional partners and other functions. Develop effective stakeholder relationships and alignment to drive successful strategies and execution. Motivate and effectively influence cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization promoting the Pediatric Eye solution’s vision. Share best practices and learnings with regional partners. Partner with Commercial Excellence teams (market research, insights and business performance tracking) across a global market landscape to strengthen the culture of data-based decision making. QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of a BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related business field is required. A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience is required. A minimum of 3-5 years brand/product marketing or product launch experience is required. Strong communication and influencing skills, ability to work in a team environment, and customer/market orientation. Demonstrated ability to lead marketing agencies and inspire strong output. Strong business analytics and customer insights development skills are required. Proven track record of delivering consistently strong results and demonstrated leadership.
