We are seeking an experienced GHL Manager to set up and manage both long-term and short-term email nurturing campaigns, as well as bi-weekly SMS blasts for new offers and deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation and be able to optimize campaigns for maximum engagement while ensuring compliance with guidelines to avoid any flagging issues. We are open to profit sharing as an incentive for effective management and require detailed documentation of the process through Loom videos. Most of the email campaigns and sms campaigns have already been written by us, and we will pre-approve everything before launches. But we mainly need someone to make sure we're optimizing, making progress every week, and pushing the ball forward to squeeze the juice from our current clientele and leads that haven't converted quite yet.
