We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Specialist with expertise in creating consistent AI-generated influencers for regular posting across social media platforms like Twitter (X), Instagram, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will focus on developing photorealistic or stylized digital personas that maintain consistency in appearance, style, and personality across multiple content pieces. This role will initially be individual but has strong potential to evolve into a team lead position as our project scales. You’ll be responsible for building workflows to generate high-quality images, videos, and animations of AI influencers, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and engage audiences effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Design and generate consistent AI influencers using advanced generative tools, ensuring facial features, poses, clothing, and backgrounds remain uniform across outputs. • Create content pipelines for social media posting, including image series, short videos, and stories tailored for Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok formats. • Develop and implement automated systems for content generation, scheduling, and distribution to streamline production and posting processes. • Integrate automation for efficient production, scaling from prototypes to full campaigns. • Collaborate on initial setups, with opportunities to hire and manage a team once the project gains traction, including working with teams like chatters for engagement and interaction management. • Optimize workflows for speed, quality, and cost-efficiency. Required Skills and Experience: • Proven expertise in ComfyUI for custom Stable Diffusion workflows and advanced image generation. • Proficiency in modern generative AI tools, including wan 2.2, nano banana, ComfyUI, n8n, and similar platforms (e.g., Stable Diffusion variants, Midjourney, Runway ML, or equivalent). • Strong understanding of techniques for character consistency, such as LoRAs, ControlNet, inpainting, and fine-tuning models. • Ability to generate automated systems for AI content creation and deployment, ensuring seamless integration with social media platforms. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including chatters or engagement teams, to handle real-time interactions, responses, and community management. • Experience with social media content creation, including aspect ratios, trends, and engagement optimization for Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. • Familiarity with automation tools like n8n for integrating AI generation with posting schedules. • Portfolio demonstrating consistent AI-generated characters or influencers (please share links in your proposal). • Ability to work independently at first, with leadership potential for team building. Preferred Qualifications: • Background in digital art, graphic design, or AI ethics for responsible content creation. • Knowledge of additional tools like Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or video generation platforms. • Experience with API integrations for AI tools and social media APIs.
