The General Maintenance Technician will support the upkeep, repair, and overall functionality of our Jacksonville production campuses. This hands-on role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, responding to facility requests, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment. The position is primarily based at our Westlake campus, with flexibility to work at other local sites. Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and painting Support meeting setups, special projects, and preventative maintenance Respond to work orders and customer requests with professionalism and accuracy Use desktop and mobile tools to manage assignments and communicate successfully Participate in after-hours emergency rotation and work overtime as needed Standard schedule for this position is either Tuesday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (EST), or Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (EST). Schedule may vary with notice based on business needs. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years prior experience in a facilities or maintenance role in a production environment. Skilled in carpentry, plumbing (advanced preferred), and painting Proficient with hand/power tools Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license and an acceptable driving record, as required for operating company vehicles to perform job duties Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs. (maneuvering up to 100 lbs.)
