Roles overview
- These are seasonal hourly positions with work hours based on the event scheduled at Miami Freedom Park and Chase Stadium.
- Location: primarily at Miami Freedom Park (Miami), with occasional availability at Chase Stadium (Fort Lauderdale)
- Expected Start Date: between the end of January through the end of March
- Average hours per shift: 6 to 8 hours
- Average events per month: 2 to 4 (Subject to event schedule)
- Event Season: The event season typically runs from February through November.
Specific Roles and Responsabilities
- GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE: as a Guest Services Rep, you will be part of the Guest Services Department. Proactively engage and assist guests with inquiries, seat locations, stadium navigation, and ticketing issues. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while ensuring a memorable fan experience. This position will encompass the following roles: Ticket Taker, Usher, Premium Area Hosts, Gate Host, & Response Team.

- Resolve guest complaints and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

- Maintaining a presentable, clean and safe environment for all guest-facing areas.
- Exhibit excellent communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Retain an extensive knowledge of Miami Freedom Park, policies, ticketing procedures, and emergency procedures.
- Additional related duties as assigned.
- TICKET OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE: as a Ticket Ops Rep, you will be part of the Ticket Ops Department. You will be located at the box office and your main responsibility will be to process ticket sales and assist guests with mobile ticket issues. Ensure accurate reconciliation of sales and provide detailed information on stadium policies and event schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at Inter Miami CF home matches and other events at Chase Stadium.
- Professionally and accurately sell tickets for all IMCF matches and events.
- Assist guests with mobile ticketing challenges and other ticketing related matters.
- Greet all guests in a polite, professional and a friendly manner.
- Proactively anticipate all guests’ specific concerns regarding their purchase, directions, stadium information and schedule of all events.
- Assist with the distribution of tickets for guests and other stadium visitors.
- Reconcile all daily sales without any overage/shortage occurring.
- Work with other staff members to ensure a quality match/event day experience.
- Available to work all Inter Miami CF home matches and other stadium events.
- All other related duties as required.
- RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE: as a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Retail Department. You will mainly work in the store and the stockroom, delivering exceptional customer service in retail environments, operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining store appearance, and promoting club merchandise.
- Deliver a world-class fan experience in our stadium retail store,on game days only.
- Engage and assist fans with enthusiasm, sharing your knowledge of the club and merchandise.
- Operate point of sale systems efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
- Provide product information and communicate in-store promotions clearly.
- Keep the store organized and visually appealing throughout the shift
- Make customers feel welcome, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey, guide them in making the best decisions for them.
- Operate a cash register, product receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays with or without accommodations.
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
- Requirements
The following requirements are valid across all Departments
- Available to work a minimum of 80% of all Inter Miami CF games or events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Please, find here the schedule of the 2026 Inter Miami CF season, as a reference for the home games of Inter Miami CF).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Playing by the rules and being professional, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness
- Ability to adapt to high-stress situations and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform event-related physical tasks as needed
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 6–8 hour shifts.
- Strong teamwork and independent work skills.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Previous sports, retail, or event experience preferred but not required.
- Interview Process
