Millionaire Mastermind Academy (MMA) is launching our 2026 IMPACT Nationwide Tour - a powerful initiative visiting 12 cities in 12 months to transform the economic landscape for women of color through entrepreneurship support, financial education, and workforce development. Since 2017, we've empowered over 8,000 entrepreneurs and distributed more than $250,000 in funding and scholarships. What We Need: A results-driven fundraising contractor who can start immediately to secure corporate sponsorships, grants, and strategic partnerships for our 2026 tour. You'll support both immediate fundraising needs and help build a sustainable partner ecosystem that extends our impact for years to come. Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to corporate sponsors, foundations, family offices, and mission-aligned donors Develop compelling sponsorship packages with various tiers and benefits Execute direct outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and manage those conversations in our CRM Work closely with internal teams to track sponsorship status, commitments, and deliverables Build and refine a long-term fundraising strategy and pipeline Be available for impromptu calls, quick syncs, and creative brainstorming sessions Provide regular progress reports on fundraising activities Requirements: 3+ years experience in fundraising, with proven success securing corporate sponsorships Ready to execute outreach immediately—not just develop strategy Strong written and verbal communication skills for persuasive pitching Experience with women's empowerment, economic development, or similar cause-driven initiatives Familiarity with CRM systems and fundraising tools Self-motivated with excellent time management
