About
Project Title: Funding & Investor Relations Assistance — Dark Fall Studios Overview I’m Walter T. Byrd Jr., Founder & CEO of Dark Fall Studios, a creator-owned, transmedia entertainment company based in Minneapolis and operating globally. Our studio develops high-ROI franchises across film, TV, animation, and publishing, built on a proprietary in-house VFX & animation engine (MonkeySuite). Dark Fall Studios is a hybrid between Blumhouse, A24, and Marvel — a “Franchise IP Factory” focused on scalable storytelling and long-term asset ownership. What We’ve Built 30+ published novels, 10+ comics, and 15+ pitch bibles ready for adaptation. $1.2M+ invested in proprietary IP, animation, and development infrastructure. Minnesota C-Corp, full IP assignment, SAFE/Reg D ready, KYC verified. Projected Studio Growth: Year 1: $13.8M revenue / $4.9M profit Year 3: $41.2M revenue / $23.4M profit Year 5: $83.6M revenue / $51.9M profit We are now raising $5M in studio equity and $1M in project-level gap financing to fund our Tier A slate: 🎬 Zero Balance (Action / Thriller) 🎬 Chosen (Faith-Based Drama) 🎬 Happy (Animated Fantasy Franchise) Objective I’m seeking an experienced Investor Relations / Funding Consultant with a track record in media, entertainment, or venture financing to help: Refine our short investor deck and outreach strategy. Identify and connect with qualified investors (PE, angel, family office, or studio partners). Structure communications, term sheets, and presentations for potential investors. Guide funding closure logistics through SAFE or Reg D compliance. Why Dark Fall Studios Is Different We’re not pitching ideas — we’ve built the studio before capital. Dark Fall already owns its IP, infrastructure, and brand foundation. Investors get priority recoupment (100%), preferred profit share (10–20%), and equity ownership in a proven transmedia ecosystem. “I didn’t build Dark Fall Studios to chase trends or ask Hollywood for permission — I built it because I died, and came back with instructions.” This company was born from purpose, grit, and survival — and now it’s positioned to become the next-generation independent studio bridging culture, commerce, and cinematic legacy.
