HighPoint Digital Media is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Denver, specializing in digital marketing for contractors. We are expanding aggressively and are looking for a highly skilled, long-term Senior SEO & Web Operations Specialist to join our team full-time. This is not a basic VA role.
This is a career position for someone who wants to grow with our agency for many years as we scale statewide and nationwide. We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and can eventually grow into an Operations Lead role as we acquire more clients and expand our lead generation portfolio. This role begins with a short paid test project ($100-$200) to evaluate speed, quality, and communication. If successful, you will transition into a full-time long-term role at $1,200/month, with salary increases as the agency grows. Full-Time Responsibilities: • Generate AI-assisted content using our templates, prompts, and SEO workflows
 • Create blogs, service pages, location pages, supporting content, and GBP posts
 • Build and format web pages using WordPress/Elementor, Wix, HighLevel, Squarespace, Snapps, or Shopify
 • Build complete websites (20–30+ pages) using templates and brand guidelines
 • Perform full on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, URL structure, internal linking, schema plugins, image optimization
 • Conduct website audits and assist in developing SEO action plans
 • Perform niche-relevant backlink and guest post outreach
 • Upload guest posts and track backlink placements
 • Build citations and foundational local SEO elements
 • Research competitor content for structure, keywords, and design inspiration
 • (Bonus) Set up HighLevel automations, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, and onboarding funnels
 • Build landing pages and funnels inside HighLevel for clients and lead gen projects
 • Maintain content calendars, spreadsheets, and fulfillment systems
 • Follow SOPs closely and improve them over time
 • Help scale our portfolio of lead generation websites across multiple cities and markets
 • Grow into a senior role as client volume increases Ideal Candidate: • Strong experience with WordPress/Elementor and at least one other builder
 • Strong understanding of on-page SEO and website structure
 • Comfortable generating and refining AI-assisted content
 • Experience building full websites from scratch
 • Experience with guest post or backlink outreach (preferred)
 • Good eye for layout, spacing, and modern mobile-responsive design
 • Fluent in written English (required for content creation and communication)
 • Experience with HighLevel or ability to learn quickly
 • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
 • Able to follow SOPs and work independently once trained
 • Interested in long-term, stable full-time work with room for growth
 • Able to work flexible hours with at least 1–2 hours overlap with US Mountain Time preferred What We Provide: • Full-time, long-term position at $1,200/month
