• WORK LOCATION: Library Administration Center - 125 Olde Greenwich Drive, Suite 160, Fredericksburg, VA 22408

• STARTING SALARY: Hiring starts at $72,828 with excellent benefits, including affordable health premiums and VRS retirement for a total compensation package worth approximately $97,776 per year. The starting PTO amount is 4 weeks plus approximately 1 week of PTO earned for holidays.

• TOTAL HOURS: 40 hours/weekly; Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate community meetings and special events.

• GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Primary leadership position for external communications; works closely with administrative team.
