AI Automation Engineer (Remote) — Speak Your Way To Cash® The Mission We are seeking a full-time AI Automation Engineer to help us build, maintain, and improve AI agents and automations that scale our business and the businesses of our clients. This role is for someone who is fluent in AI and automation, able to write effective prompts, quick to implement solutions, and highly skilled in English communication. What You Will Do Daily Responsibilities You will monitor all deployed automations and AI agents, ensuring they run without errors. You will manage API usage and credits for OpenAI and other services, and you will troubleshoot any failures promptly. You will also provide light support for client-facing AI tools to make sure they operate smoothly. Weekly Responsibilities You will build or refine at least one automation or AI agent each week. You will research and test emerging AI tools and create prototypes for new ideas. You will join a short weekly team meeting to provide updates and will send a brief weekly report on system metrics. Monthly Responsibilities You will lead larger projects, such as developing AI-powered internal tools or integrating AI into existing platforms. You will review system data and propose improvements. You will also update documentation and create how-to guides for the team and clients. Quarterly Responsibilities You will work with leadership to brainstorm and prototype new AI-driven products or services. You will conduct audits of our AI systems for efficiency, cost, and security. You will participate in performance reviews and help set goals for the next quarter. Skills and Qualifications You have proven experience building or managing AI-driven tools and automations. You are familiar with large language models, prompt engineering, and APIs such as OpenAI. You are proficient in automation platforms such as Make.com or Zapier. You have strong skills in Python or JavaScript for custom scripts and integrations. You understand APIs, webhooks, and general SaaS tools. You can quickly learn and apply new tools such as Pickaxe. You are detail-oriented, able to troubleshoot systematically, and motivated to learn. You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
