I am looking for a single, expert developer to handle a complete replatforming project for a nonprofit client: Legacy Custom PHP to Modern WordPress. You must be comfortable with BOTH: Backend Data: Exporting users from a custom SQL database and mapping them into MemberPress (preserving tiers and status). Frontend Design: Rebuilding the existing site design using Elementor (pixel-perfect modernization). The Stack: From: DigitalOcean + Custom PHP + Bluehost DNS. To: SiteGround + MemberPress + Elementor + Cloudflare DNS. Please read the attached project scope carefully. This is a fixed-price project ($1,500) with a strict requirement for zero email downtime during the DNS migration.
