You must be fluent in AI powered code tools, specifically Claude Code / Gemini CLI What we’re after 3-5 + yrs full-stack work (Python backend and solid JS/React/Node) Strong problem-solving skills; learn new tech in hours Hands-on with AI dev tools (Gemini CLI, Claude, Cursor, etc.) Basic deployment & services know-how (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD) Clear English communicator; autonomous shipper Nice to have: React/Next.js, AWS/GCP, prompt engineering, experience on marketing or e-commerce apps.
