**Reports to:** Visionary (Tanya Kazeminy - https://tkandlove.com/) **Location:** Remote, flexible timezone (possible on-site for retreats/events) **Type:** 30-day paid trial → ongoing (part-time to full-time, based on fit) ## About TK & Love Tanya teaches at the intersection of spirituality, sexuality, and self-love through talks, workshops, retreats, and 1:1 guidance. Offer pillars include the **Sexual Evolution** and **Return to Innocence** series, speaking/teaching for events and festivals, 1:1 sessions, and the **Gasp** book/reading events. Her work harmonizes these offerings into a cohesive growth engine. ## Role Purpose Be the “glue” between vision and execution: turn Tanya’s ideas into shipped assets, live campaigns, and measurable results. You’ll own the day-to-day so the Visionary can create/teach while you drive coordinated progress across marketing, launches, community, and operations. ## Outcomes (what success looks like) - **Launch delivered end-to-end** for the next program (incl. free challenge/lead magnet → core offer), with clear value stack and funnel live. - **20 sales** for an upcoming launch. - **Consistent pipeline growth** from free value (lead magnet / free challenge) into attraction offer and flagship programs. - **Leadership bandwidth protected:** Tanya spends time teaching/speaking, you run the machine. ## Core Responsibilities **1) Launch & Funnel Integration** - Execute on agreed product roadmap, and strategy ex: lead magnet or free challenge → attraction offer → program/cart. - Stand up the **marketing stack** (pages, forms, automations, email/SMS, analytics, checkout), Quality Assurance end-to-end. - Take over any creative needed (copy, design, assets) and ship on schedule. - Coordinate any creative partners (ads manager etc.) brought onto any project. **2) Audience Growth & Traffic** - Operationalize **free value** distribution (downloadable PDF or video micro-training / somatic activation) and ensure it’s irresistible. - Activate traffic via IG/posting schedule; evaluate **ads vs. partner activations** and manage experiments. - Support ethical affiliate/ally pushes where aligned with Tanya’s preference for generosity-based sharing cultures. **3) Calendaring & Stakeholder Orchestration** - Build and maintain the **90-day marketing & delivery calendar** (content, free events, cart dates, fulfilment windows). - Communicate to Tanya what is needed from her in terms of content, input, and other activations. - Partner reach outs: Reach out to podcast hosts, and potential partners for speaking and podcast appearences. **4) Ops, Data, and LMA (EOS)** - Create weekly scorecard: list growth, opt-ins, attendance, conversion, revenue, margin. - Create, and maintain playbooks for launches, content, customers, payments, and support. ## Day-to-Day (sample first 30 days) - Week 1: Finalize value stack & offer map, **lead magnet vs. free challenge.** - Week 2: Ship landing pages, forms, email sequences; connect checkout & analytics; create promo schedule. - Week 3: Line up partners, head DMs for sales, follow through with leads. - Week 4: Go-live; daily metrics; iterate; prep fulfilment for program delivery. **30-day fit review.** ## Must-Have Capabilities - Proven **launch integrator** in creator/education businesses. You’ve shipped challenges, funnels, and programs and are comfortable writing copy, making design changes as needed, and holding people accountable for execution. - Project & stakeholder management across copy/design/ads/tech. - Marketing automation + page building (any modern stack), analytics literacy. - Calm, clear communicator who “does,” not just advises. We want a **doer** to move ideas into action, and gets their hands dirty. ## Nice-to-Haves - Experience supporting speakers/retreats/festivals; sensitivity to topics of matriarchy, sexuality, and self-love. ## Engagement & Compensation - Start with a **30-day paid trial** with defined deliverables; continue as contractor, and hope to evolve into employee based on mutual fit.
