About WeightsApp WeightsApp is a fast-growing fitness marketplace that connects gym-goers with local gyms through seamless day passes and memberships. Our goal is to launch city-by-city, sign up 5–10 gyms per market, and then drive 1,000–2,000 users in each city. We are building a frictionless, self-serve onboarding funnel for gyms — and we now need a full-stack growth marketer to help scale user and gym acquisition. ⭐️ Who We Are Looking For We’re hiring a Full-Stack Growth Marketer (U.S.-based preferred) who can take ownership of our entire growth engine from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience scaling apps, running paid acquisition, optimizing funnels, testing offers, and iterating fast. This is NOT a “just run some ads” role. We’re looking for someone who can build, optimize, and scale our acquisition machine. Most of the heavy lifting will happen in the beginning (funnel setup, testing, optimization), and as our systems stabilize, the workload will become more streamlined and focused on scaling and optimization. ⭐️ What You’ll Be Responsible For Develop and execute a full growth strategy for acquiring gyms (B2B) and users (B2C). Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising for both audiences. Test messaging, creative angles, hooks, and offers to improve conversion rates. Optimize a self-serve onboarding funnel to reduce friction and maximize gym signups. Build city-by-city rollout plans and manage budgets accordingly. Create and interpret analytics dashboards (CAC, CPI, ROAS, funnel drop-off, etc.). Direct creative needs (UGC concepts, scroll stoppers, ad iterations). Collaborate with our dev team to improve funnel performance and user flows. Launch install campaigns for mobile app users and scale based on performance. Identify and propose new channels, strategies, and A/B tests. Report weekly on results, insights, and next steps. ⭐️ Ideal Experience You should have experience with: Growth strategy & customer acquisition Meta Ads Manager (required) Performance marketing for mobile apps B2B and/or B2C funnel optimization A/B testing and creative experimentation Landing page and onboarding optimization Marketplace or SaaS-style onboarding funnels City-based expansion or geotargeted marketing Analytics tools (GA4, attribution, dashboards) Bonus experience: TikTok ads UGC creative direction Fitness or wellness industry familiarity Startup or zero-to-one product environments ⭐️ Key Outcomes We Expect Within the first 60–90 days: Launch high-performing gym-owner acquisition campaigns. Drive consistent, qualified gym signups through the funnel. Identify and fix major funnel friction points. Create a repeatable testing framework for creatives & offers. Begin scaling into new cities once results are validated. Within 6 months: 5–10 gyms signed per active city. 1,000–2,000 users acquired per city after gym-side growth is validated.
