We’re building an AI platform that enables M&A professionals to generate client-ready pitchbooks with zero manual work. The product collapses research, analysis, and presentation into a single workflow—turning deal data into structured narratives, visuals, and branded slides. We’re seeking a full-stack engineer with experience in AI agent workflows, data automation, and deck generation to build a functional MVP during our design partnership phase. Scope of Work 1. Deck Creation Automatically generate a 12-slide deck in firm templates and branding. Checklist: Deal Data Review: Validate that financials, comps, and transactions are uploaded. Narrative Selection: Choose storyline (growth, strategic, leadership) to guide tone. Template & Branding: Select firm template, logo placement, and layout. 2. Data Input Enable structured deal data entry through an agent-guided checklist. Checklist: Upload Financials: Upload 3–5 years of data (.xlsx/.csv/.xls). → Platform summarizes trends and builds the Financial Summary slide. Add Comparable Companies: Import or enter comps (Revenue, EBITDA, multiples). → Platform benchmarks peers and generates the Comparable Companies slide. Enter Precedent Transactions: Add 5–8 transactions (acquirer, target, size, multiples). → Platform analyzes metrics and auto-creates the Precedent Transactions slide. 3. Workflow Visualization Build a dashboard showing the AI’s full process—from research to deck generation—visualizing time, effort, and status. 4. Logo Fetching Automatically pull and insert high-quality company logos from public or internal databases. Checklist: Logo Source: Upload logos or use the built-in logo library to search and select. Logo Approval: Review or replace fetched logos before final deck generation. 5. Slide Indexing & Templating Standardize and reference past slides for consistent output. Checklist: Deck Reference: Select past decks for structure or design inspiration. Slide Selection: Choose slides to include or adapt. Template Application: Apply firm-branded templates for visual consistency.
