We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer—or a small development team—to join our growing company and play a key role in advancing our AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building and maintaining modern web applications, as well as integrating complex systems through APIs. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH Responsibilities Collaborate with our team to fine-tune and configure 18 existing AI agents. Integrate and optimize agents with APIs from large-scale enterprise platforms. Develop, maintain, and scale web applications using Next.js and Node.js. Manage deployment pipelines and hosting environments with Railway, GitHub, and AWS. Contribute to the long-term vision of building a proprietary platform to reduce reliance on third-party tools. Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed. Qualifications Proven expertise with Next.js, Node.js, Railway, GitHub, and AWS. Strong understanding of API integration and system configuration. Ability to work independently or as part of a small team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Retell AI is a plus, but not required.
