About the Role : We're looking for a Vibe Coder—someone who has lived both worlds : First, spent 2–3 years building real frontend/backend features manually Now, knows how to move faster and smarter using AI tools, agents, and copilots. In this role, you'll work across projects, experiment with AI-enhanced workflows, and help us redefine how code gets written. You should be fast, curious, and focused on output over traditional process. What You'll Do : * Build full-stack features using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Sourcegraph Cody, etc.) * Own end-to-end development from UI to backend to deployment * Use vibe coding techniques to ship faster with high-quality output * Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to prototype and iterate * Identify repetitive tasks and automate them using custom AI tools or agents * Share insights and tools with the team to improve our overall workflow * Document your work clearly and concisely—even with AI’s help You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: * Have 4+ years of software development experience * Have 2–3 years of hands-on coding experience without heavy AI tools (Nextjs, Node.js, etc.) * Are now doing full-time AI-assisted coding or vibe coding * Understand when to trust AI and when to write from scratch * We are output-driven and can ship fast without compromising on quality * Think in systems, not just code * Can debug both human-written and AI-generated code effectively Nice to Have: * Experience building or training AI tools/agents for code * Contributions to open source AI workflows * Worked in startups or rapid prototyping environments * Have your own library of prompts/tools to speed up dev work
