Responsibilities: • Review job requirements and source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other tools • Screen and shortlist the most relevant profiles • Submit a detailed candidate report within 2 days Requirements: • Proven experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing • Strong understanding of job requirements and keywords • Ability to work independently and deliver on time Deliverable: A curated list of high-quality, pre-screened candidates that match the provided job descriptions.
