UJR Performance is a performance training brand that works with athletes to improve speed, strength, vertical jump, and overall on-court performance. We also partner with Thorne to support recovery through evidence-based supplementation. I am looking for a full-cycle sales rep who can: • Generate leads (high school/college athletes, parents, coaches, performance adults) • Start DM conversations • Qualify goals + needs • Book short calls or close in chat • Close clients into monthly coaching programs • Support onboarding (sending links, intake forms, etc.) This role is for someone who understands conversation-based selling, not someone who just waits for inbound leads or only posts content. I want to hear your preferred approach to generating conversations and closing performance clients. If you have experience in fitness, sports, coaching, or high-performance markets — even better.
