I’m looking for an experienced real estate wholesaling professional (or team) who can handle the entire A–Z process of wholesaling in the U.S. — from finding motivated seller leads to closing deals. I don’t have systems set up yet, so I need someone who already knows the full process and can execute it with minimal oversight: Lead Generation: pulling lists, skip tracing, filtering motivated sellers Outreach: cold calling, SMS, email campaigns, and CRM setup/management Acquisitions: running comps, qualifying leads, negotiating, and locking up deals Dispositions: building buyers lists, marketing contracts, and closing with cash buyers Transaction Coordination: working with title/escrow to ensure smooth closings What I’m Looking For: Proven experience in U.S. real estate wholesaling (please provide examples of past deals closed). Strong skills in negotiation, sales, and communication. Ability to set up CRMs/calling systems (Podio, REI Reply, CallTools, etc.) and manage workflows. Self-starter who can run the process without constant direction. Compensation: Open to partnership-based pay (percentage of assignment fees) in addition to flat/hourly arrangements.
