- The Houseperson is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Essential Functions: - Houseperson
- Ensure all public space in the hotel is clean and well maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues to Supervisor or through Work Order program.
- Assist Room Attendants and Laundry attendants as necessary throughout the shift.
- Removal of trash and soiled linen from Room Attendant carts.
- Assist in setting up, tearing down, and removal of trash from meeting rooms.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and reach over shoulders repetitively.
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Assist guests as needed
- Assist in delivery of clean linens to storage rooms or carts.
- Assist in removal of soiled linen and terry from guest rooms.
- Other duties as assigned by hotel management.
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
