Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our team as a Frozen Box Decker. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, driving excellence and ensuring seamless execution of key responsibilities. Duties

• Stocking and organizing frozen goods in clean and well-organized manner products according to the standard
• Maintain cleanliness and safe work environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance overall productivity.

Experience

• Proven experience in Manufacturing, demonstrating a strong track record of success in similar responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive mindset to address challenges swiftly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in Shipping/Manufacturing.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The job involved working in cold environment
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum 35 pounds and 80 pounds occasionally assisted
