We are seeking a Frontend Developer to deliver high-quality, modern web solutions for our enterprise clients. This position requires an experienced developer who can build responsive, accessible interfaces, collaborate effectively with backend engineers and designers, and contribute immediately to an established engineering team. Role Overview You will be responsible for building responsive, performant user interfaces using current best practices and industry-standard tools. The work involves developing frontend applications with Next.js and React, integrating with headless CMS platforms, debugging issues, and creating new features that deliver exceptional web experiences. This role is suited for an experienced developer who can operate independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver production-quality work under tight timelines. You may potentially demo your work with team members and clients; therefore, strong communication skills are critical for our mutual success. Key Responsibilities ● Build responsive, performant user interfaces using Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) ● Integrate frontend applications with headless CMS platforms (Sitecore XM Cloud, Contentful, Drupal, etc.) ● Develop mobile-first, responsive websites with advanced CSS/SCSS techniques ● Collaborate with backend engineers to consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints ● Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible UI components ● Debug cross-browser compatibility issues and optimize web performance ● Write clean, maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices ● Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing ● Ensure web accessibility standards (WCAG) are met across all implementations ● Work with frontend build tooling and task runners (Webpack, Vite, etc.) ● Use Git effectively, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution ● Support deployment processes and CI/scCD pipelines ● Communicate technical challenges clearly to team members and stakeholders ● Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning ● Required Qualifications ● 3-5 years of professional frontend development experience ● Proficiency in JavaScript and modern ES6+ syntax (advanced preferred) ● Experience working with Next.js or similar React-based frameworks ● Advanced proficiency in CSS/SCSS with experience in methodologies like BEM, SMACSS, or similar ● Advanced proficiency in semantic HTML5 ● Proficient in Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution ● Demonstrated experience integrating frontend applications with headless CMS platforms ● Experience with frontend build tooling and task runners ● Proven experience building responsive, mobile-first websites ● Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web performance optimization ● Experience consuming and working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints ● Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills ● Team player with collaborative mindset ● Good time-management and organizational skills ● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Skills ● TypeScript experience ● Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) ● Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and methodologies (SASS, LESS, BEM, etc.) ● Experience with build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Gulp, etc.) ● Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.) ● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) ● Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) ● Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sitecore XM Cloud, Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, Drupal) ● Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) ● Experience working in healthcare or enterprise digital ecosystems What We’re Looking For ● Proven ability to deliver independently with minimal ramp-up time ● Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables ● Attention to detail, performance, accessibility, and code quality ● Passion for staying current with frontend technologies and best practices ● Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces ● Excitement to work closely with cross-functional teams ● Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences ● Desire to build products that deliver meaningful results and exceptional user experiences ● Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in an agile environment ● Reliable availability during project hours
