We’re seeking a talented Front-End Developer experienced in translating Figma prototypes into high-quality, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You’ll collaborate with our backend and design teams to ensure all layouts are pixel-perfect, mobile-friendly, and optimized for performance. ⸻ ✅ Responsibilities • Convert finalized Figma pages into clean, reusable HTML/CSS/JS code • Ensure responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop • Optimize for load speed, accessibility, and SEO standards • Work with backend developers to integrate dynamic content • Follow Renewable Ergon’s color palette, font system, and visual identity • Provide documentation and comment structure in code for future scaling ⸻ 🧠 Requirements • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6) • Experience with Bootstrap / Tailwind / Flexbox / Grid systems • Proven experience converting Figma layouts to code • Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control • Attention to visual details and performance optimization • Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed brand guidelines ⸻ 🔧 Bonus Skills • Experience with React or Vue • Knowledge of API integration / backend collaboration • Understanding of SEO best practices and cross-browser compatibility
