We are a robotics/AI startup redefining industrial and warehousing operations with intelligent, adaptable robotics. We are in the early stages of commercialization and looking for fractional sales leadership to accelerate our go-to-market execution and revenue growth. As a Fractional GTM & Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the founding team to design and execute high-impact sales strategies, refine our ICP, and establish repeatable sales processes. This role is ideal for senior sales leaders who have successfully scaled startups in industrial automation, robotics, or AI, and want to engage on a flexible, consulting basis. Responsibilities - Define initial GTM strategy, ICPs, and vertical prioritization. - Develop outbound and inbound sales playbooks tailored to warehousing, logistics, and industrial sectors. - Coach founders on enterprise sales best practices (POC → multi-year contracts). - Build early pipeline through cold outreach, warm introductions, and strategic partnerships. - Advise on KPIs, sales enablement tools, and reporting. Qualifications - 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales leadership, ideally in SaaS, automation, robotics, or industrial tech. - Demonstrated success in GTM design and early revenue traction at startups. - Ability to generate and close 6- and 7-figure enterprise opportunities. - Strong network in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
