We are an innovative health technology company providing a virtual home care and chronic care management (CCM) platform that helps older adults live safely and independently at home. Our solution combines daily health monitoring, safety alerts, and proactive care management to reduce hospitalizations and provide peace of mind to families. We are currently expanding across Maryland, with a focus on building partnerships with Support Planners who develop and implement care plans for older adults. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Marketing & Sales Officer (CMSO) to design and execute our go-to-market and revenue growth strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and tactical execution. You will: Develop and implement a marketing plan targeting Support Planners, care management agencies, and families of older adults. Build brand awareness through digital campaigns, webinars, conferences, and partnerships. Create referral pathways with Support Planners and provider agencies. Oversee sales enablement tools (presentations, one-pagers, explainer video, referral toolkit). Drive adoption and revenue growth by converting planner referrals into paying clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute a 90-day marketing and sales plan. Lead outreach campaigns to Support Planner agencies across Maryland. Build referral and partnership agreements. Manage creation of collateral and content (toolkits, videos, case studies, blogs). Establish and track KPIs: planner engagement, referrals, client enrollments, and revenue. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Proven track record in healthcare, aging services, home care, CCM/RPM, or Medicaid LTSS. Knowledge of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs or similar LTSS programs preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work fractionally (10–20 hrs/week) and deliver measurable outcomes. Engagement & Compensation Fractional role: 10–20 hours per week. Contract-based: Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer. Initial engagement: 3 months, with potential to extend based on results.
