Fractional CFO – Healthcare & High-Growth Clinic (Concierge / Weight Loss / Longevity) About Us We are a rapidly scaling concierge medicine, weight-loss, and longevity clinic with multiple revenue lines (VIP memberships, GLP-1 programs, HRT/peptides, aesthetics, IV therapy, diagnostics, and retail supplements). Currently surpassing seven-figure revenue and expanding into a new flagship medical facility. What We Need We are seeking a fractional CFO who thrives in fast-growth, entrepreneurial medical environments. You must be able to quickly bring order to complex financial operations, build dashboards, and give CEO-level financial strategy. Responsibilities • Consolidate multiple payment streams (GoDaddy POS, Stripe subscriptions, Google Sheets, QuickBooks) into a single clean financial architecture • Build MRR, LTV, CAC, churn, cohort, and profitability dashboards • Create monthly financial packages with P&L, cash flow forecasts, variance, labor analytics, and profitability by service line • Build detailed pro formas for new expansions (longevity center, infusion center, imaging, aesthetics, physical therapy, memberships) • Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and capital allocation • Advise on real estate acquisition financing, SBA loans, refinancing strategy, and investor structuring • Assist with pricing models, including tiered memberships and service-line margins • Help design KPI dashboards integrated with QuickBooks + Google Sheets • Ensure the business is bank-ready and investor-ready at all times • Evaluate margins on GLP-1 medications, peptides, IV meds, hyperbaric, diagnostics, etc. • Guide CEO through strategic decisions with clear, data-driven financial insight Ideal Candidate • Prior CFO experience with medical clinics, wellness centers, or subscription-based businesses • Able to take chaotic financial systems and enforce structure fast • Expert in QuickBooks, dashboards, Excel modeling, and API-based integrations • Strategic thinker who can also execute • Thrives in speed, growth, and constant optimization Engagement Part-time, fractional role.
