We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager who can lead the growth, engagement, and daily operations of our Circle community with excellence, authenticity, and energy. This role is central in shaping how members experience the Fr33LyFe brand from the moment they join. Role Overview The Fr33LyFe Community Manager will be responsible for onboarding new members, managing workshops and live events, delivering consistent content, and fostering deep engagement. You are the bridge between the brand and the community—ensuring every member feels welcomed, supported, and connected. This role requires someone who is organized, personable, creative, and capable of maintaining the Fr33LyFe aesthetic and experience. Key Responsibilities Community Onboarding & Member Experience Welcome and onboard new members into the Fr33LyFe Circle community Develop and manage onboarding workflows, guides, checklists, and orientation materials Ensure new joiners receive a high-quality, high-touch first experience Engagement & Content Management Maintain a consistent posting rhythm that reflects the Fr33LyFe brand and message Create engaging conversation prompts, challenges, recaps, and community updates Highlight active members, success stories, and milestones Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy to maximize member participation Respond to questions, encourage discussions, and build a supportive environment Workshop & Event Management Plan, coordinate, and manage all workshops, webinars, office hours, and live events Handle event promotion, reminders, scheduling, and logistics Assist facilitators and guest speakers with prep and follow-up Community Growth & Retention Support strategies to increase retention, referrals, and word-of-mouth growth Gather feedback from members to shape community improvements Identify potential member leaders or ambassadors Platform Management & Creative Design Maintain organization and structure within Circle (categories, spaces, tagging) Make ongoing style and design adjustments to the community platform Ensure the visual presentation reflects Fr33LyFe branding and evolves with community needs Create basic visual content or coordinate with designers when necessary Troubleshoot platform issues and manage permissions/access Ideal Candidate Experience managing online communities on Circle, Mighty Networks, Discord, or similar platforms Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Highly creative with the ability to make design adjustments, layout improvements, and stylistic updates to the Circle community Skilled in simple graphic or content creation tools (Canva, Figma, or platform-native tools) Comfortable being a visible, active presence within the community Passionate about financial empowerment, mindset development, wellness, and lifestyle design Able to manage tasks independently and bring fresh ideas to the table Role Details Remote
