- We’re hiring two Founding Account Executives to drive US growth at a mission-first AI company that’s reengineering how doctors, nurses, and medical students learn to communicate. Already profitable and growing 50% quarter-on-quarter, the company’s self-hosted simulation platform is used by top-tier universities and healthcare systems worldwide, replacing outdated roleplay and expensive actors with personalized, AI-powered training that’s 50x more scalable and 10x more effective.

- What you’ll do
- Own the entire sales cycle - from first outbound to signed contract
- Sell to elite universities, hospitals, and healthcare systems
- Define and iterate on ICP, messaging, pricing, and GTM strategy
- Build scalable processes, playbooks, and tooling from zero
- Translate customer feedback into product and growth decisions
- Be a cultural co-founder of the US team - and help hire the next wave
- What you’ll do
