I’m looking for a freelance CRM specialist experienced with Follow Up Boss (FUB) to help my real estate organization (Maria Torres P.A. / Compass Florida) set up, optimize, and automate our lead management system. Our goal is to have a fully functional, efficient CRM that helps our agents and admin team: Track and follow up with leads in real time. Automate workflows for buyers, sellers, and investors. Connect all lead sources (Compass, GoHighLevel, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Zillow, Google, etc.). Standardize communication and reporting across the team. What I Need Done? Audit and Cleanup Review our current Follow Up Boss account and structure. Organize lead stages, tags, and sources. Ensure the database is clean and categorized correctly. Workflow & Automation Setup Create automated action plans for different lead types: buyer, seller, investor, past clients, referrals. Set up smart lists, reminders, and follow-up sequences (texts, emails, tasks). Configure automated lead routing to team members based on lead type or source. Integration & System Connection Integrate FUB with our other systems: Compass CRM, GoHighLevel, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zapier, and social ad leads. Set up notifications and syncs for new leads and appointments. Customization & Reporting Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs (calls made, appointments set, contracts closed). Customize templates for text/email follow-ups (in English & Spanish). Training & Documentation Create a quick-reference guide for the team (how to use FUB daily). Conduct one virtual training session for admin and sales staff.
