I’m looking for a reliable Flutter developer who also has experience with modern dev tools like Cursor. This is a part-time role (~10 hrs/week) with the potential to expand as we grow. The role is focused on building and refining apps for retail/payments and other SaaS tools. You don’t need to handle APIs upfront (I’ll take care of that for now), but I will need your help with UI/UX, prompt logic, and making sure everything works smoothly without “looking AI-generated.” Hiring Process: • I’ll be accepting applications all next week. • After that, I’ll schedule two interview rounds before making a hire. • You’ll need to send 2 demos of previous Flutter projects with your application. Requirements: • Flutter experience (doesn’t need to be 2+ years, but you should have real projects under your belt). • Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI coding tools. • Solid understanding of clean UI/UX. • Good English communication. • Must be able to respond after 8PM Texas time (for sync-up). Compensation: • Fixed: $275/month (~10 hrs/week). • Paid monthly. • Bonus opportunities available for strong performance. Other Notes: • This is a remote freelance role but I prefer someone who’s responsive and consistent. • The first contract will be for 3–4 weeks, renewable if things go well. • I value long-term collaboration and will consider expanding hours/pay as the project grows.
