We are launching a franchise in Florida and need a highly experienced, Florida-licensed attorney to draft an employment contract between the CEO (me) and the business owner (my partner). The contract must be thorough, legally binding, and compliant with Florida law, covering: • Job responsibilities, operational authority, and reporting structure • Base salary, commissions, bonuses, and payment schedule • Benefits, termination clauses, and legal compliance requirements • Confidentiality, non-compete, and intellectual property protections Requirements: • Licensed to practice law in Florida (no exceptions) • Extensive experience with employment contracts, corporate law, and contract drafting • Ability to create agreements that protect both parties • Excellent attention to detail and communication Deliverables: • Draft of a comprehensive CEO employment contract • Optional follow-up review and revisions based on feedback Timeline: Contract needs to be completed as soon as possible, ideally within the next week, to ensure a timely start of employment.
