We are looking for a motivated and professional appointment setter to generate qualified leads for our fitness coaching program. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and booking discovery calls for our coaching team. Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls, send messages, or emails to potential clients (B2C). • Follow a provided script to explain our fitness coaching program. • Qualify leads based on program criteria (interest, availability, commitment). • Schedule appointments directly into our calendar system. • Provide daily updates on progress and results. Requirements: • Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is preferred. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Professional and persuasive phone/email etiquette. • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines closely. • Reliable and responsive with a results-driven mindset.
