Your primary responsibilities will include: - **Bookkeeping Tasks:** Accurately recording financial transactions, including income, expenses, and investments related to our short term and long term rentals. You will maintain up-to-date records in our financial system, ensuring that all entries are correct and compliant with relevant regulations. - **Account Reconciliation:** Regularly reconciling bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. This will involve comparing our internal records with external accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for and resolve any issues that may arise. - **Administrative Support:** Assisting with minor administrative duties, which may include preparing financial reports, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized documentation. Your organizational skills will be vital in ensuring that all records are easily accessible and systematically filed. - **Financial Reporting:** Preparing and presenting periodic financial reports that provide insights into the financial performance of our rental properties.
