What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and engage with leads to uncover financial needs and goals.
  • Conduct sales meetings to present customized strategies using insurance, investment, and wealth management tools.
  • Follow up consistently and build lasting client relationships based on trust, education, and service.
  • Work closely with our leadership and business development teams in joint sales meetings to learn and close with confidence.
  • Set activity goals, track performance, and use real-time feedback to continually improve your sales outcomes.
