Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and cleaning up existing bookkeeping records Tracking and reconciling grants, donations, and program expenditures Ensuring all financial activity aligns with organizational budgets and funding requirements Establishing or strengthening financial systems, processes, and documentation Providing clear reporting and recommendations to support organizational growth The ideal candidate has experience in nonprofit financial management, strong bookkeeping skills, and the ability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving environments.
