I’m looking for a tech-savvy financial automation specialist who can integrate personal and business finances across multiple platforms. I run consulting, real estate investing, rentals, and fix-and-flip entities, and I want my finances to stay organized, visible, and automated with minimal manual work. This role is focused on connecting Sequence, Xero/QuickBooks, banking systems, and Go High Level (GHL) to build automation workflows that save time and improve clarity. --- Responsibilities Automate Profit First allocations across multiple business and personal accounts Build rules for income/expense categorization Connect accounting software (Xero or QuickBooks Online) to banking + Sequence for seamless reconciliations Create automated cash flow dashboards and KPI tracking Integrate financial data visibility inside Go High Level, so reporting aligns with business operations Build notifications, reminders, and triggers (e.g., alerts for bills, transfers, allocations) Provide documentation (SOPs, Looms) so workflows can be managed long-term --- What I’m Looking For Hands-on experience with Sequence (or similar tools like Zapier, Make, Trovata) Strong knowledge of Go High Level (GHL) automations and reporting Familiarity with Xero or QuickBooks Online integrations Understanding of the Profit First methodology and how to automate it Bonus: experience with real estate or consulting businesses Ability to clearly communicate workflows and train me/my team --- Deliverables Fully built automation workflows between Sequence, GHL, accounting software, and banks Custom dashboards showing real-time financial data Clear SOPs and Loom walkthroughs for ongoing use --- Why This Role Matters I’m hiring a bookkeeper for reconciliations and monthly reports — this role is separate.
