About Us

Premiere Counseling Services, a fast-growing mental and behavioral health practice backed by Equity Front Capital, is seeking a highly skilled financial professional to join our leadership team. As we expand across Ohio and pursue a multi-location growth strategy, we require a finance leader who can bring institutional-level rigor to forecasting, liquidity management, and strategic decision-making.

Role Overview

We are searching for a CPA-licensed financial leader with a strong background in Treasury, FP&A, and liquidity management. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and strategic—capable of managing the day-to-day financial operations while also building the forward-looking models that will guide our growth and capital deployment.

This individual will work closely with senior leadership to ensure financial stability, optimize cash flow, and provide visibility into the metrics that drive success in a healthcare services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treasury & Liquidity Management: Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, AR factoring facilities, and working capital optimization.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Build and maintain financial models, forecasting revenue, expenses, and EBITDA across multiple entities and growth scenarios.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual and quarterly budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
  • Investor & Lender Reporting: Prepare professional-grade reporting for private equity investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Operational Finance: Partner with practice managers and billing teams to align financial forecasts with clinical productivity and reimbursement cycles.
  • Strategic Projects: Support acquisitions, integrations, and long-term capital planning as the company scales.

Qualifications

  • CPA license (required).
  • 5–10 years of progressive finance experience, ideally including Treasury and FP&A.
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Background in healthcare services or private equity-backed environments preferred.
  • Clean Background Check
  • Lives in the United States
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including:
  • Complex financial modeling and multi-entity consolidations
  • Pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas (INDEX/MATCH, nested IFs, array functions, etc.)
  • Scenario & sensitivity analysis, forecasting tools, and dynamic dashboards
  • Comfort working with large datasets, reconciliations, and linking models across sheets/workbooks
  • Adaptive to using technology
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Compensation & Benefits

We are committed to attracting top-tier talent. The total compensation package includes base salary, performance bonus opportunities, and a full benefits package.

  • $70,000 - $90,000 Full Compensation Package
  • Bonus potential for achieving growth, cash flow, and profitability targets
