About
Founded in 2013 with a single engineer, no outside funding, and a bold vision, MAS Global has redefined what a software company can be—combining engineering excellence, agility, and purpose-driven innovation. Today, we are a U.S.-based software engineering, data, and AI technology solutions firm headquartered in Tampa, with elite delivery teams across the U.S. and LATAM.
Our rapid growth has earned us recognition as a 5x Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company in the U.S., and we’ve been featured in Forbes, Bloomberg, USA Today, and other top publications. Our leadership has been honored by Forbes Technology Council, EY Winning Women, Bloomberg’s 100 Most Influential Latinos, and HITEC’s 100 Most Influential Hispanics in U.S. Tech.
What truly sets us apart is our people. While our founder may be the face of the company, MAS Global’s success is built by talented, mission-driven teams that thrive on collaboration, innovation, and impact.
