I’m preparing for a final-round interview for an Integration Engineer role - a technical, DevOps-style position that also requires strong communication with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams. The final interview (Tuesday) will be with the Chief Customer Officer and VP of Customer Success, both non-technical executives. While my background is deeply technical (DevOps / SysAdmin), I want to make sure I can confidently present my experience and thinking in a clear, business-friendly, and customer-oriented way — without slipping into heavy jargon. I’m seeking an experienced interview coach for a 60–90-minute strategy session on Monday (Eastern Time) to help me: - Refine my existing notes and structure for the interview. - Build a strong narrative that shows both technical depth and customer-facing maturity. - Polish my “Tell me about yourself” section to highlight DevOps-rooted expertise in a way that resonates with non-technical leaders. - Identify strategic differentiators that make me stand out from other finalists. - Prepare clear, natural, business-level answers to executive questions. - Develop thoughtful questions to ask the CCO and VP that show understanding of the company’s philosophy, product, and direction.
