About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Filing Clerk to join our Administrative team. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our organization's records and documents efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and has excellent organizational skills. If you enjoy working with systems and ensuring that files are kept accurate and easily accessible, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
- Organize and file physical and electronic records in accordance with company policies.
- Retrieve documents and records for staff as requested.
- Label and update file folders to maintain an organized workspace.
- Perform regular audits to ensure files are correctly stored and accessible.
- Manage the archiving of outdated records and dispose of files per retention policies.
- Work with other administrative team members to support general office operations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold data security standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not required.

The pay range for this role is:
19.20 - 37.10 USD per hour(Remote (Montgomery, Alabama, US))
