This is not just translation — I need someone who knows where to shop, how the beauty industry works locally, and who can help me avoid paying inflated “foreigner” prices. This is an ongoing role, paid on a flat monthly retainer of $200 USD. I won’t need you every day, but I need someone reliable to be on-call for flexible support. Examples of tasks: Beauty & Wellness: Find skilled lash extension artists (individual artistry, not clusters), arrange appointments for treatments such as skin boosters (HA, PN, etc.), help secure group discounts, and join me at consultations when needed. Fashion & Shopping: Guide me to shop like a local, find authentic deals, and even locate hidden Tier-1 replica fashion items (mirror bags, etc.). Family & Home: Communicate with my son’s school when needed, coordinate with my cleaning service, and ensure smooth communication at home. Lifestyle & Markets: Accompany me to markets or shops, negotiate for fair prices, and filter real talent from scams. Business Support: Help message suppliers on Chinese wholesale platforms (domestic B2B shopping apps), assist with small bulk orders for my e-commerce projects, and confirm if deals are genuine. Requirements: Fluent Mandarin + strong English. Tech-savvy and active on apps like WeChat, Dianping, Xiaohongshu, and local wholesale platforms. Personally interested in beauty, fashion, and shopping culture. Reliable, discreet, and comfortable communicating with schools, service providers, and businesses. Based in Yiwu, Hangzhou, or Shanghai (student or young professional welcome). Payment Structure: $200 USD/month retainer for ~15–20 hours of flexible support. This covers both online tasks (messaging, research, scheduling) and occasional in-person support (appointments, market visits, errands). Trial Period: We’ll start with a 1-month trial at $200.
